Bil-Jac Dog Food

I've recently become a Bzz Agent and received a free 6 lb bag of Bil-Jac dog food to try.  I'm all about feeding my dog a nutritious diet and dry dog food can't be beat for convenience.

When Anne was a puppy I had her on a raw food only diet.  She didn't love it and it was a pain to keep the food stocked and off my carpet.  Not to mention expensive.  Since then I haven't settled on a dry dog food that I love.  Anne is somewhat picky and I am looking for a dog food that:

1) she will eat
2) is nutritious
3) won't break the bank (I mean c'mon we're in a down economy here)

Anne took the "Two Bowl Challenge" where I placed a small amount of her current food in one bowl, and a small amount of Bil-Jac in another bowl. Anne didn't even sniff the bowl of her current food.  She just went straight for the Bil-Jac and gobbled it up.

Bil-Jac claims that if I feed my dog their food for a month, I'll see a noticeable difference in her skin and coat. The only problem I've found with the Bil-Jac thus far is Anne eats it all super quickly and is begging for more.  Perhaps I should have picked up the low fat variety instead?  Stay tuned for a follow up post to see how Anne does after eating Bil-Jac for a month.
